My football crest.

Hello, a local football (soccer) club has asked me, a student graphical designer to create and develop a new team crest for them. I have asked family and friends' opinion but looking for more professional feedback. Please have a look at the badge and comment on any negative/positive aspects, to improve the design. (The windmill is iconic to the village of where the club is located)

I like it. the windmill is pretty nice. I'm guessing those are the team colors. Some suggestion would be to incorporate the whole circle as a soccer ball. Or you can put a ball on top of the V, because it almost looks like a leg and a foot.
