Ive been searching for the proper way to associate a title or description to an embeded .flv video that is powered by a worpress plugin (self hosted video)...I found a useful link to the google video sitemap, but I am not sure if I can incorporate this with a plugin...any thoughts?

Almost everything I have found online is related to optimizing for you tube and or labeling an alt picture to pull the video, not related to actually telling the serps that hey this is my video on the page, further complicated by utilizing a wordpress plugin to power this....Appreciate the feedback
