Well I consider $500 not a trivial amount of money, although many do have larger budgets, so paying $500 and receiving a quality service doesn't = to good to be true, especially when a full excel report is given to the client.
The tier building method allows new and older websites to reap the benefits by filtering in link juice from each tier, until reaching your money/main site. This is especially why this package works vs traditional link building which is usually direct on a 1:1 basis, whereas this is 1:many, and many:1.

Let's be real here. Most websites aren't even a pimple on Googles Buttcheeks. You would need a budget of XXXX per month to even get recognized, and even then I doubt it. And everyone is doing the same things, just some are paying for others to do it - articles, blog comments, forum posts, etc.
Obviously you have never made a linkwheel before deepsand, but I'll explain the principle of it to you. If site A and C are relatively of low value, aka profiles or a new website, they don't offer much in terms of power when linking directly. B in your example (the diagram linkwheel we use is more complicated but we'll use your example) is a trusted website in which we piggyback from its authority such as a blogspot, wordpress, hubpage, etc. The links from A which are deemed "lower value" are then laundered, filtered, whatever term you want to use, into B (which is trusted) -> the clients website (C), without fear of an influx of thousands of unique ips all linking to C directly.
It would seem that something is lost because of B, but in the internet, B actually adds more credibility because of this piggyback principle, where authority and PageRank bleeds out to other pages. At worst, nothing is lost, and its a safer way to link to your website than simply pointing 122,000 backlinks to your site within one month.
I suggest doing advanced linking on your own deepsand so you can get an understanding on a BULK level how these things work. I just used your example but my original explanation was a many:many relationship whereas traditional linking, or even wheels fall short around the A,B,C pattern.

I am familiar with any number of link topologies. I am also well acquainted with the PageRank function, which is mathematically a probability function.
Your reply evades the specific questions set forth, by seeking to misdirect attention to your claims.
Kindly provide said definitions, along with the salient mathematical basis to support your claims.
Just so you understand, the passing of PR from A to B to C is not additive, but multiplicative.
And, since Actual PR is a probability value, range 0 to 1, the product of two or more PR values must be less than their sum.

I did not create the link wheel, I merely expanded upon it in large bulk with more facets. I'm not affiliated with LinkWheel Inc. nor do I have to answer every single question of yours. You have zero intention of purchasing the product. You must either be really successful, or a failure to constantly post in a services thread with nonsense. Things aren't as cut and dry as A-C and A-B-C, so yes, I tried to explain not all things are simple to understand, and you have to factor things in such as existing piggy back authority and other factors (not to mention sandbox). Short answer: not much is lost, if anything and it filters it so there is minimal risk to the clients new website.
Your post count is making me think this is a hobby of yours with very little to add to the conversation
Tubby and other moderators please delete this entire thread as it has just become a derailed abomination. Pretty said, I thought webproworld was legit.

BackLinksVault; We rarely delete whole threads. The only problem I had with this thread was the 'web page' styling of your original post. I myself am quite happy to leave the thread stand.
I agree . . . It can be very frustrating having opinions arguments and public Statements unravelled by Deepsand . . . I myself never attempt it unless my chosen topic is soundly based on nothing factual.
