Hello fellow members of WebProWorld.com. I'm wondering if anyone would like to share their findings with respect to the best placement of elements within an email marketing campaign.

My information may be a little outdated but I'm still under the impression that (besides the content) the best placement for your conversion points would be near the top left side of the email message (if it's designed beyond text).

My idea is also that it's important to keep the general theme template the same for most blasts. Also, I believe it's important to (if you're going beyond textual) create a mini website - in other words - add all the user-friendly elements and click through elements in all the right places as you would for a website.

Can anyone share what they've learned about email marketing over the years with respect to increasing click-through rates? That would be great and thank you!
