    I am a web designer. The first thing to keep in mind is that design and functionality of a website is always coordinated. Without one of them, your website is far from success. Remember in designing your website, think what your potential viewers wants too see in your site. Think what color they awant, what kind of interface do they prefer and the like.

    In my point of view Wordpress is best for you. Its easy to create website design and maintain the website with wordpress. The feature I like most in wordpress is that you can make changes online in your website.

    yes wordpress can be the best choice if you are begginer, you will need to learn a bit about how to install it from youtube and you can download several free templates and themes

    well if you are not sure on your programing skills i would recommend using something like Wordpress. you have the theme already there and all you need are some good articles.

    You could try the free service from Microsoft. This lets you build a site from an extensive range of modules and is hosted for free.
