How to create blogs in MSN

Hi, i have a MSN (live) account.I just want to make a blog on MSN live but have many problems to create blog pages in MSN.
When i search in search engines i found there a Option "Spaces" In MSN.
Then i login to MSN-live then i found spaces.I go to there.
But there noting option for blog.I found there only wordpress(Partner).
I do't know how can i create a blog in MSN.
I see many address just live http://ghimage.spaces.live.com/blog/
This is the blog in MSN that types many blogs are available
So Please tell me advice

But why do you want to creat a blog on MSN. There are many website to creat a blog like blogger, wordpress etc.

Did the OP ask for opinions or recommendations re. various blogging platforms? No.
