difference between black hat seo and grey hat seo??

please help me out m confused between black hat seo and gray hat seo..can anyone explain me the difference between these two..

This is a peculiar question . . I suppose the first thing that comes to mind is;

Black hat; You know you are deliberately attempting to deceive search engines
Grey hat; you are merely deceiving search engines . . Mildly.

My own opinion wears no hat at all, My balding head believes that the webmaster can do whatever he likes with his pages. . . . Search engines can read into it what they will.

I think many members would prefer to answer a specific question in regards to a specific action, and what effect this action might have on your search engine results.

In simple and easy way the combination of white hat SEO and black hat SEO called Grey Hat SEO. When you are doing white hat SEO and after that doing black hat SEO simultaneously is called Grey hat SEO.
