W3 Total Cache - self hosted CDN

    hi,

i'm having doubts about the setup of my (self-hosted / shared hosting) CDN (content delivery network) with W3 Total Cache Plugin.

So, i want to make a subdomain cdn.domain.com

should this subdomain point to www.domain.com or www.domain.com/cdn ??

What should i do to make this subdomain cookieless?

I do not really get your question actually. CDN with W3 Total Cache actually works with CNAME instead of subdomain.

@Arren86: Arren, my question is about SELF HOSTED cdn, your article refers to a mirror setup.
Anyone can send me an idiot-proof article about setting up self-hosted cdn on shared hosting for w3 total cache plugin? thanks.
