Virtually all of the links on the Home page are absolute references to files on the old host.

It is not sufficient to simply upload the existing files to the new host; the internal links also need to be changed to reference their new location.

So, even if the professor uploaded all of the files, the Home page can't find them. because it's looking for them where they used to be.
