I prefer http://www.fatcow.com/ myself, best host i've found thus that i've actually enjoyed using and got prompt support. I'm signed up for their affiliate program but this isn't the place to be posting my affiliate link.. but i'd gladly refer you straight to their homepage regardless of whether i gain from it, great hosting.

I go with micfo.com and knowhost.com. Try them ... maybe they are the best for you also.
