If not a drop in overall traffic from Google, what about a change in the keywords that are bringing people to your site? Do you see any change like shorter search terms, less long tail searches, or the like?
The best way to learn anything, is to question everything.

Wige, you have been away for a while, so I am unsure of whether you are aware of these three threads in chronological order that may answer your question:

Yes it has affected me; my income decreased significantly when Google made the changes. Now I am trying to learn more about SEO so I can build a real business.

    Google-instant-and-its-effet

I believe this will have great impact especially on those who were fighting really hard to get to #1 in search results for some specific keyword. It's time we start rethinking our strategies. Let's see how Instant will evolve further. While trying out the "instant" feature, it seems that Google will still record the long-tail I choose and account for it in the Google keyword search tool results even if I don't actually type it out. It may in fact give me an advantage if I see any changes in keywords that others don't, so I'm trying to understand how this is anything but a positive for SEO.

I did not find any change. But if we take it logically there should be some changes in respect to keyword search techniques.

I have not experienced any changes...... The only traffic it may affect are the people who read what they are typing as they type. But almost everyone looks at the keyboard when they type. Think about it..... lol
