I keep getting told that Photoshop can do everything, well I need to know if it does this... Does it save .bak files when saving the original?
Reasoning: My editor (Ultraedit) will save backup files to a nominated directory/drive/network every time I save a file. Here I can copy every file I work on to somewhere else in one command (save). This allows me to work locally off any of the comps without being on the network (unless I need to have access to my image files-when I haven't backed them up).
Does PS have a similar type of functionalty? Can it save .bak (backup) files?
