That is a very good looking directory site. I will be using it. Separating directories into paid and non paid is good.

I think you should do the following:
add notes on each directory
user reviews and the ability to rate reviews
you should change "date added" to "date last updated"
the ability to log in and keep track of what directories were submitted to and when
user favored directories list
and place more directorties on the homepage
