hi i am not getting enough leads

Hi, I am not getting enough leads to my site (leathernext.com). It is getting good visitors, but not converting. I am using adwords and my budget is close to 5 pound per day. What could be the reason for not getting leads? Is my budget too low?

My organic traffic is good. I am getting close to 300 unique visitors a day according to statcounter.com. Any help would be appreciated.

I've just taken a look at your site and without wanting to offend I really didn't like it

I suspect that people are arriving, taking one look and then leaving again.

Thats just my opinion though, I'd advise installing Google Analytics and checking your "bounce rate", if its really high you'll know that the site is putting people off when they arrive.

If its nice and low, theres a problem somewhere else but start by checking your bounce rates..

At first glance your website looks a tad like an artists site...are you ads making clickers land on internal shopping pages or the home page?

I would change the home page to remove the bottom big artsy block, keep the header and place products for sale where the second big clock of artsy graphics are.

As it stands, the home page looks nothing like an ecommerce store-front...

I think you need to streamline the site more.
There is too much going on and it is distracting. You want to spotlight the products...they are your money makers. Lose the big graphic at the top and make sure your products and product categories are above the fold.
    Good luck!

I guess there is some problem in your landing page.Just a small tip, make your landing page in such a way, that visitor who visits your landing page through Google adwords, is focused to do action on the page. Add a testimonial there, which says about your product and services.Might be improving your landing page should work for you.
