    Why would you connect PR4 or less if your web is PR5?
    In my opinion it is better to have less but good quality equal or higher links.,

    You need to be more specific on the sub-genre of IT they work within please. Kinda broad saying "IT related" - what are we talking here? Software? Open source....?
