Okay so I bit on this one. It is free and has some tidbits that are worthwhile in it. Of course it goes the typical route of telling you how bad off the authors were before "stumbling" onto some secret formulae that rakes in tons of traffic and money.

If you are an experienced marketer most of this is old news BUT I did pick up a tip or 2 that I could put to good use. If you are a noooooob then most of it is worthwhile to at least know about.
