Does anyone know where i can get socks proxy Service with Multiple IP?

Hi,

I have an online shopping website, and all of our customers are in the US. I need a solution for when we fill shopping form requests, and it goes to the gateway page. I need to show the IP Location from US customers, as it will be done outside the US.

Some one told me that it is possible by socks proxy VPN. There I can get the IP in a sutable amount with login. Can anyone suggest to me where I can get this service?
