posting URL's on the facebook account is nice, but it will not make the deal and will not increase your earning dramatically.
For better results:

1. Build a fan page for real product / service
2. Generate traffic and offer intensive to join
3. Provide real info and solution for the members and make them fell like they are wanted
4. Build and promote ( like ) this group
