Some businesses don't provide quality and better services to the end user.So people gives bad comment at review/feedback websites.So though you are putting efforts on Reputation management of your business and getting flow of comments like scam,never buy from this website, Cheating Consumers/Scam/Fraud,Terrible/poor Customer Service,etc.What is the use?
