A little help with an animated gif...

    Hi everyone!
I could use a little help.
A client of mine has asked that I develop a site and she sent me over an amimated gif of her logo.
    Here it is:

I open the image and it is 300 X 300, 60 individual images.
My issue with this is she wants to use the image, spent hours on it and loves it.
I have to use it SOMEWHERE, most likely as the logo on the site.
Problem: There is WAY too much white space.
I need the image trimmed - I need to take 100 pixels off the top and 90 pixels off the bottom, 25 pixels off the left side and 20 pixels off the right side...
Ideally, I would like to see it this size, around 250 X 103 +/-

I am having a bit of trouble playing around with this and could use some expert advice.
I have PS & Ulead gif animator... I have honestly never messed around with an already created gif.
    Please, someone assist.

I got it figured out... Thanks for all the help... In ulead gif animator, you have to select the canvas and get the size how you want it, THEN go to edit then crop. Ulead sure isn't photoshop, but it did the job.
Thank you all for all of your help. I knew I could count on you!

Weird, isn't it? I posted all those this afternoon... I am on EST... I think there is something amiss with the WPW forum time... It is showing incorrect times.
So, the image should run through once then stop... for a while. I didn't make I just have to work with it.
Tubby - nice to see you again! Always in full speed I am!

UK time here....if you have photoshop, you could export all the frames, open them in photoshop, record the actions on one and then automate doing the rest using a batch process. Maybe make background transparent.

I like exporting frames to PS because the animation programs dont tend to have very good options for editing graphics.
