There are several ways, and I know other members will tell you about the FF plugins. However, you can View the source code and look for the no-follow attribute, or you can right click on a link in FF, and select Properties; the dialog box will say if the link is no-follow.

Since FireBug is my only FF plugin, when I right click + Inspect Element, on your first signature link, FireBug is automatically loaded and the following
    Code:
    <a target="_blank" href="http://www.cyber-key.com/seo-copywriting.html">SEO Copywriter</a>
is highlighted and shows that the link is followed, but

That is not enough. You should also check the meta tags and robots.txt. John, our .htaccess expert may tell us that that is not enough either??

Simple. Install SEO extension on your firefox browser. If the blog is dofollow, the links in the comments will be highlighted in red.

    Hello,

I search Google for something like "doFollow blog list", "doFollow blog", etc... I noticed that most doFollow blogs are wordpress website.

Unfortunately, I can never comments on wordpress Blog since two years ago. I am afraid that all or almost all IP addresses of my ISP are blacklisted as spamming. I am very poor. I can only use the cheapest ISP connect to Internet. Therefore building backlinks with doFollow blogs do not work for me.

    Best regards

In the long run, that might work to your benefit. If you are prevented from making spamming blogs (which is what most blog commenting really is, IMO) then you might build a better website or more legitimate lasting links. Google is doing everything it can to devalue spammy comments. See:
