    IP address can only be seen to networks on which you are connected....it is secret to the network to which you are not connected..

    Every time you surf the Internet, your IP address is publicly visible to everyone on target network resources, therefore, your actual location and even name and age can be tracked as well. Of course, this costs something (they need to contact web site owner or hosting provider.

    use VPN (virtual private network) more secure..
    like hidemyass , cyberghost vpn etc

    i think ip address can be changed , but dont know how, can some explain this to me.

    What your asking is something like: I want to be at a party but but in a form that no one will see me. It's quite impossible and further more the fact that you have a public ip ... there's nothing wrong there. It's a fact, just like people breath air.

    IP address is like your personal home address. If you are so worried about people getting see your IP address, you can use some proxy. But that would also confuse some website like Facebook. IP address are required for security purposes.

    An IP Address does not correspond to a specific physical location and/or person.
