Looking for a good seo company

Are there actually any good SEO company's out there that will help you work on your site to gain better positions?

Are there any "easy to read" resources out there that have "current" seo techniques? The last time I optimized a site was 2 years ago and I have no idea where to even start now.

I hear link exchange, link exchange, link exchange and internal external linking with keywords. Thats about all I am being told now and need a bit more info to get off my feet.

Can anyone help me with this please?

I would say they are many seo companies that will help you get rankings

the thing is you will have to pay a decent sum of money

if you are going to do it your self its is possible to trade links to get to the top

although who knows how long that will work for,

in my experience most people don't like to teach seo they like to get paid to do it, so in your online quest for knowledge you should look out for the tons of misinformation out there

and if you are trying ot get ranked in google for "online casino" you might have to hire some one
