i think you can consider designing a cms for small website

if I need a one or two pages' website,i'll consider it
but if u have lots of pages,wordpress or other cms is very useful

I built up my blog with wordpress short time ago.I didn't do any seo works,so the there is not so many visitors.But there are so many comments.I didn't see where are they coming from on google...

I think it's link building.But you can try outsource
