I think Google Analytics has recently got better. Prior to this, I used to think DeepMetrix (now MSN's) was the best, but I now have doubts that Google's Urchin has re-set the standards in analytics....

That horrible popup is so irritating that I could barely look at the actual website. Definitely, you'll lose visitors as soon as they get that site; just look at the number of people complaining...
