The company had three partners including my friend and one of the partners who actually registered the domain is resigning. The domain was registered by him using his credit card. So i want to know who is the original owner of the domain. The company or the individual partner who is resigning. My friend wants to retain the domain and website but does not wants the services of website designing company that designed and hosted the website. The domain is hosted on godaddy and website is hosted on website designing company's server.
