I am selling my social network for web professionals http://www.webmaisterpro.com/

This social network have been non-commercial, just driven by few enthusiasts during the last 2 years, however it is easy to monetize and have a huge potential.

There are more than 200 active bloggers that publish new content on regular basis, so you don't need to worry much about new fresh content.

Generally there is some work involved, but currently I am not spending more than 2-3 hours a week working, due to nature of social network.

Reason for selling

I am planning to go out of web based business completely and follow my dream!
