I had an ebay account for about 8 years. I mostly used it for buying cheap domain names. Last year I started selling adwords vouchers on ebay. I didn't sell much but I had round about 30 all positive feedbacks. Everything was legit so nobody ever complained about me no disputes etc.

Few months back they suspended my open sale listings and banned my account. I called them many times asking the reason for the suspension but they didn't tell me. All they said was that the reason can not be disclosed to me and I am not allowed to make another account. This was weird to me that a company like ebay would behave in such non professional way and I was heart broken.
There are about 3 $ in pending ebay fees and account was suspended in nov 2012 and I am recieving atleast two automated emails every week with threats that they will take legal action if I don't pay them. They have sent me atleast 50 emails so far. Surely I don't want to pay them after what they did to me. Why should I?
My question is what action can be taken against me?

Hi all!

I'm looking for feedback for a client's website. We are still in the early stages of development so I'm not locked into any particular solutions but here's what we're looking at...

The site itself will be in WordPress to allow the client to integrate blogging/content development but she will also be selling online. She currently has a handful of products and it will grow but she won't have a TON of stuff; I don't imagine she'll end up with more than 50 or so products, and even that would be a lot. (ONE IMPORTANT NOTE...she has some products that she will only sell to "members" so these would either need to be hidden behind a login page or buyers would need a membership number or some other convention.)

She is using currently using Salesforce as her CRM software and would like the eCommerce stuff to be integrated...which is where I need help.

I know there are apps that can get tacked on to Salesforce and plugins that can get tacked onto WordPress but I'm not seeing much of anything that offers a bridge between the two. I'm not sure if we're better off building the shopping cart right in Salesforce using one of their apps or building it in WordPress using a plugin or 3rd party such as Magento...

What suggestions/experiences do you all have with any of these options?

Thanks in advance for your help!
