How can i create site map for my blogger blog and how can i submit in google webmaster?

I think you can't create sitemap in blogger or wordpress if you don't have the the ftp access.

Sitemap can be prepared for wordpress blogs by using a wordpress plugin. That's really easy to use.

I am not sure with a Blogger Blog if that would make a difference, I would assume the Google bot will be indexing that area as Blogger Blog is a Google tool. I don't believe you will have access to the Hosting area to have a Sitemap in the first place. I would concentrate your efforts on using appropriate Keyword Phrases in your Post Titles and content.

Create an account in Google webmaster tools add verification to the header and then you can sumbit your sitemap in your webmaster tools account.

I disagree...You can submit your blogger rss feed link as your sitemap in your Google Webmaster tools. :D

to submit a site \map in google webmaster you can use sitemap generator to make the sitemap and upload it with .xml extention
and you can real more in "Creating and submitting Sitemaps" part in google webmaster central

Create your sitemap using generator tool and upload it to Google Webmasters Tool its very simple.....
I gone through Google Webmaster Tool, there are option to "Add Site" and asking for www.mysite.com only then how I can submit the site map url as www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml?
