I built up my blog with wordpress short time ago.I didn't do any seo works,so the there is not so many visitors. But there are so many comments.I didn't see where are they coming from on google analytics. Are they bots? Why I can't see them on GA?Will I lose something if I approve these comments?
More than likely it's bots of some kind. What kind of comments are you getting?

Yes, sounds like bots to me as well. You might want to try one of the spam killer plugins for wordpress that are out. They tend to take out the garbage before you ever have to see it.

hey try an anti-spam plugin. Some good plugins are akismet, wp-spamfree. Try installing them on your blog. They will automatically block the comment spam.

Install Akismet. It eliminated 99% of my comments and blog spam.

It is from bots. Just check your visitors and if you find some ips from unknown place repeatedly it may be the source. Stop it by denying particular ip on .htaccess file.

You can install akismet wordpress plugin.
It helps you to delete all spam comments with a single mouse click.

If they aren't relevant to your blogpost, then they are most probably spambots. You can set your commenting to moderated to stop this.

Aside from using akismet, you can tell when the comments are spam. They tend to be short, and they have a keyword of some sort as the name instead of an actual persons name. They also link to some questionable websites.

The comment is a spam is if it has any of the following characteristics:
totally unrelated to your post
has link in the comment itself that does not fit naturally in the context of the comment and the topic of the post
very short and may seem to fit (or not fit) to any post regardless of the topic i.e., "thank you", "nice post", or "you're of really a big help"; more likely to be spam if the short comment is followed by a link text
when the commentator refer to your blog as "forum" when it is not
random gibberish that does not make sense
