Google No sales

I have been using google ad words, I have 8 campaigns with 4 adgroups under each. I have got 319 clicks in three days and not one sale. matter of fact I never even had a sale. What is up. I have worked on my site for 6 months before i put it up and did 1 year researching the industry. Should i just wait it out? Im streesing out if you can't tell already. Please someone offer any advice.

Can you post the link to your site?
There may be a few reasons why you aren't converting your visitors. It could be that your keywords are too broad and you're not getting targeted traffic. Did you use phrase matching and exact matching as well? How many keywords do you have?
