Save Tigers in India

There are only approx 1400 tigers left in India. All Indians join hands to save tigers. An Aircel Initiative Project. I m not sure if I can post link or not. So I m not posting link here. Just google "Aircel Save tiger project" for the link.

There is this page Save tiger in Facebook .And they want people to join it .I dunno how by joining a page will save tigers.There should be a solid effort and not just discussions.

Yeah thats true.. I dont understand just by creating website and people joining there, how can they save tigers which are in forests.??

Its obviously indirect, but its the equivalent of petitioning your government and letting them know the overall level of support for an initiative. Obviously a single person will have difficulty savings tigers. At the end of the day, its really about habitat preservation and to do that, the government in India is either going to have to buy land or is going to have to set it aside and preclude people from hunting tigers in it.

Rather than creating awareness on saving tigers , they should spread the awareness on how to save tigers. All of us are aware in this modern era of rapid developement all the natural species face a threat of getting extinct
