So as I mentioned in another post I passed my Adwords Advertising Professional (https://adwords.google.com/professionals/account/) exam last year - the first exam, and got my online stamp and so forth...But I was registered with a company and their MCC account. I also had to use another email account when registering for the program because at that time, I guess Google was having problems with everyone having a few email accounts - I don't know but...
So now that I am not with this company, I would like to a. associate my real email address with my account and b. keep my status as I did pass the exam.
I registered again for the program with my current/real email address but it's treating me as if I am new and need to take the exam again.
I have contacted them a few times via the contact form within my console and was notified after the form submittal that responses usually take 25 hours. I've sent two messages to no avail.
Has anyone gone through this before?
