I use Check Page Rank! (http://www.checkpagerank.net/index.php). This one will tell you if they think the PR is valid or not and includes Link counts for SEs.

Try going to seochat.com, there you can not only find Page Rank but also other very useful tools that provide serp, link popularity and other cool stuff. I use it almost every other day.
