In korea every body uses ie

In Korea most people perhaps 99% use Internet Explorer.
I know it might sound strange but this is a fact
Most websites do not work with firefox etc
and Internet Banking just works with IE.

Wow that really sounds strange because all people knows that Korea is been updated when it comes to technology right, then as you said they still use IE. I just wandering what is their purpose of using that browser although all people knows how slow an IE compare to other web browser.

My online banking in the USA!! Still forces me to use IE and it aggravates me to no end! Yes use IE to access our secure website but IE is insecure and your machine is probably already compromised so give out your bank info to the world!

Before i like using IE but then i switched to Firefox. IE is just to slow when it comes to opening a web page unlike in Firefox its faster. Although sometimes its nice to use IE. :)
