Do you have revenue and traffic?

He does have revenue - AdSense. The question is how much traffic he's got.
It's a cute blog, I think it has to worth someething... The URL is also attractive.

Good luck with the sale...

Don't apologize to him, apologize to the advertiser!

is adsense enough to be considered as revenue traffic?

Generally it is 10 times your monthly revenue or so. You may have to give proof of revenue and traffic. Screenshots of adsense and analytics would be enough.

Forty to 60 people a day? Hardly booming, but you still haven't given anyone enough information to help you. I can't find your site in Google for any particularly relevant terms - you're not in the top 100 of Google for 'coloured contact lenses' nor in the top 30 of Google.uk. So what keywords do you rank for ... are they searched terms?

I have to say, I wonder whether you are serious or posting for links ...

It is difficult to say how much your site worth! It depends on different people's need!
