Is 2Checkout or 2CO reliable

Hi all, I want to be able to recommend 2checkout as a payment processor for easy shopping cart sites however I am trying to setup a client and I can't get into the site, it keeps timing out, can't login, can't even send a technical report. I know that several months ago we backed off from signing up with 2CO because they were having problems like this. Is anyone using them for their sites or their clients now and have their been problems?

Yes, I've seen their web site down many times recently. I know they've also suffered a Ddos attack.

Unfortunately, I don't use their services, so I cannot comment from that end. Have you checked out any others? such as www.paysystems.com ?

Hey, they look pretty cool, never heard of them before, so few companies appear to deal with Canadian Merchants we have trouble finding a deal. I will see if ecommerce templates shopping cart works with them at all or is planning to integrate. I got a notice back from 2CO and they have been under attack, some kind of extortion attempt or something, they say the payment processes not affected, mostly the site and sellers area.
