I have problem in Cable Net

I am using Cable DSL Internet. with one IP Address. Cable operator use ISA Server

Problem is that, i installed Microsoft ISA Client Server. and i refreshing it. and its show Refresh but Internet is still not working.

I am non Technical. so can anyone Help me to solve these issue
