Did anyone notice?

I had spent a little more than $12,000 since I started advertising with Google CPC ( AdWord ) since November of 2003 and it's been really great.

Everytime I do some major tweaks with my keywords, the traffic seems to go down for a couple of days and gradually rise back again.

Has anyone noticed that?

I doubt a reference of "tweak" really qualifies as something tangible that members can compare to.

Can you give some examples?

Additionally, day of week, day of month plays a role here as well.

As such this could be related to "natural trends" that occur anyway whether you change anything or not.
