PR5 Political Site With 35,000 Yahoo/Google backlinks

New guy here...I have a political website that I launched about 5 years ago that became one of the more prominent state-based political sites in the country. Due to other business, I effectively shutdown the site last year but have started getting some unsolicited offers for it and could use some guidance on proper valuation and legitimate channels to try to sell it.

The site is still a PR5, and here are some recent stats:

Google Backlinks -- 39,200
Yahoo Backlinks -- 34,600
Altavista Backlinks -- 34,500
Domain Age -- 4 years, 346 days

The site was never intended to be a big revenue producer as its value came from its reputation and links into it. I had not thought much about outright sellling it until recently when I was approached by someone for it, offering $10,000 for the site.

Any thoughts on how to assess its true value and some ideas on how best to sell?

Well--- Big Sky Mark looks to be off the web and since it is --it greatly diminishes its value. sorry to say but that's the way of www.. It is. ???

Maybe relaunch it to make more but I would ssssssay sell it for what ever you can get at this point!
