What is the Best Way to Make a Sitemap?

I often have errors in my sitemaps and I am uncertain of the best way to build them.
Does anyone have any tips?

what is the fast and easy one go is this
www.xml-sitemaps.com (http://www.xml-sitemaps.com)

rest u may also try
www.sitemaps.org/ (http://www.sitemaps.org/)

Actually I discovered xml-sitemap a couple of weeks ago. It seems like the perfect answer, but unfortunately it always seems to lock up after indexing around 60 pages. It just did it again a few minutes ago

well every free resources has some boundation and limitaion buddy , sorry to say but a fact..

well best way is to make own and use the basic script to expand the further pages..
