Hosting problem

I have been using 50 webs for about a year now on there free hosting plan with little problem. until the weekend and non of my sites are acceble now so i am thinking of a paid hosting solution.
I have looked at 123-reg and it seems reasonable but does there packages meen you can host multiple websites on the same account or do you have to pay again? they are difficult to contact.
whats the best solution?

I don't know anything about 123-reg specifically, but if you are having difficulty contacting the company about a sales question, I would think again about hosting with them - how much more difficult will it be to contact them when there is a problem?
