Anybody know what WillyBot is?

I saw it start showing up in my Urchin site reports this week, with over 9% of traffic.

It looks like it's the robot for WillyFogg.com which is a shopping comparison site based in the Ukraine with multiple languages and currencies.

Mostly harmless?
