I wanna create some of the subdomains so can somebody here share a list of sites providing facility to create free web pages like wetpaint weebly. wordpress.
i wanna know about the sites having great impact and creating pages with them should help to rank well..

I am fairly certain the web is free...
You can make just about anything you want to with a little bit of HTML knowledge... There are countless of other places which will allow you to create free pages.
I'm using one of them right now. Facebook is another very popular free page creation software... Blogger is most likely the most notable... Google Pages has recently shut down...
It's not like a webpage is the same thing as car... It's more akin to music. Music is free for everyone to make. A car... you need physical items...
The web is free... nobody is giving away free cars... nobody can really teach you how to sing for that matter... it's really up to you to figure out what your style is...

You guys shouldn't call blogger /wordpress your free sub domain blog.You don't own the domain.They just the free blog platform from google and wordpress.

If you are new to getting or building a web site, I would strongly advise you to get your own domain name which is fairly cheap. There are significant disadvantages to having sub domains. As someone mentioned earlier, you can get free templates, and with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS you can set up a web site in no time.
