Overture does not appear to have any click monitoring in place, as they have always claimed. We were a customer of theirs for over two years. A customer that spent THOUSANDS each month. A couple of months ago we started to monitor the actual click through. And, they did not add up to what Overture claimed. We also found many of our competitors repeatedly clicking on our campaigns, which we repeatedly paid for also. A perfect example, we had one specific keyword that we spent no more than $20.00 a day for over six months. One Thursday afternoon the word cost $360.00. We contacted Overture. 14 days went by with no response. I finally called and demanded I speak with a supervisor. Two hours later after speaking with the supervisor they sent me an eMail. That yes, they noticed unlawful click activity on my account for a five day period, and only gave me credit of about $100.00. This is scary. If Overture really had any click through monitoring software as they claim, they would have found this on their own. I would not have had to call, wait over two weeks, and scream on the phone to be treated like a customer with the respect that I deserved. We have since shut down our account with them, and will NEVER use them again. It just baffles me that this company is getting away with this, time and time again. Within our two years, we noticed many times the unlawful click activity. Overture is in the business to make money from clicks, and boy they are....

Okay, 18 views and no comments...As usual no one wants to admit and/or comment on the lack of integrity with Overture, and how they blatantly steal your money. What is everyone so afraid of???
