Hi,
I have art blog and I'm wondering if its better to scan in the images or photograph them. Thanks in advance for the help

A high quality scanner would be better, but you still will need to optimize and resize the photos to load fast.

I prefer photograph rather than scanning the images. The photographed image will be the best fit. You can easily optimize them for your blog using multiple tools. You have got a chance to compromise in quality if you scan images.
