I'm a firm believer in the power of word of mouth. So here's a quick word of mouth on a host TO AVOID.:mad:
Not only has this host had numerous outages, our site is down right now, but they're customer service/support is awful. I'm talking about o2g. It was recommended here for hosting a blog, and it was fine for about two weeks. Now we have had numerous outages and are having to move as a result.
When I entered tickets to ask about FTP access being unavailable, they shot back a poorly worded and curt response.I must say, they were offering a $12 for the year special and I should have expected as much for such a price.
Just my experience, yours may be different. Why chance it though?
