I have an excellent website called www.countryipblocks.net (http://www.countryipblocks.net). The site has been on the fast tracks of upword growth since its inception a little less than a year ago. According to Alexa, during the most recent week it has ranked at 230,367 out of billions of websites around the world and is still growing in popularity. The three month Alexa ranking average is 401,718, as of November 7, 2008.

The site is currently at a PR 3 with Google.

Inbound links:
Google Webmaster Tools: 717
Yahoo Site Explorer: 723
MSN Webmaster Tools: 373

The site appears in the top 10 on the majority of its search terms and could be an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneur willing to invest time and money.

This is currently not an offer to sell, but merely research to guage the level of interest. Though if someone came through with a high enough offer a deal could probably be made. Please PM me for details.

How many UV do you get on a daily basis, also hows the Google adsense doing?

We are getting close to 150-200 UV's per day. UV's are going up at a rate of 5-15% a month. Google Adsense is doing well, but could do considerably better with the placement of additional content and pages.

Yes, the site is making some money. But it could be making considerably more if the site were further monetized. It is rapid;ly improving its Alexa ratings, traffic is solid. It raks in the top 1-10 of all its search terms, outperforming much older websites. We were considering $25,000 for the site, code and domain name but are taking bids.

It is a professional tool, so you may be possible to get that amount. But at that level, I would not offer it for sale here at WPW. I don't think it is the correct place to offer it. I may be wrong of course.
