Interesting, domains are so overvalued nowadays. Estibot says it's worth only the registration fee: Free Domain Appraisal, Domain Name Valuation and Keyword Research Tool (http://estibot.com/results.php?domain=Booming%20eBusiness.com)
What criteria are you using to "value it" at that price?

I think that at Estibot a button has locked, because over a period of time I
checked appraisals from other professional appraisars against Estibot.
If we would follow up Estibot than we can all quit domaining or developing
websites.
This is a 100 % honest and professional appraisal by a very well-known
company, but I am not prepared to call the company name.
In private I would show you the appraisal.
