Do you guys watch American Idol? Last year I found it quite boring. The best season recently was the season where Daughtery became known. Was that 2 years ago? When Hicks won. You never hear much about him now.

i do watch AI... season 3 and 7 are great!!!
there were the times when I did enjoy watching american idol, but lately, it just grew more popular and more intense that sometimes, the contests isn't about talent and ability anymore but on how popular a guy could be to the people,

Yep, I watched 7th and 8th Season... both winners of these seasons are great!:D

I wasn't hooked on the most recently concluded season but I know who the winner is: Kris Allen. The best American Idol winner for me is still Kelly Clarkson.

I do watch the serial American Idol :) Its interesting and if it not they make it :P

The last season I watched in American idol is the 1st and 2nd season after that I can't watch anymore because I find that reality shows are more exciting and good compare to american idol :D

That's because he was horrible. :lol: Rarely does the best singer actually win (Kelly Clarkston, Carrie Underwood and David Cook were the only ones out of 8...make that 9 now were the best actually won), and more often that not the ones that don't win have better careers. Clay Aiken, Daughtry, Katharine McPhee, Jennifer Hudson, Adam Lambert, etc., etc. This year is another where the best singer didn't win (Siobhan), but Crystal is great and hopefully she'll be the one to win now.

i watched last year, after not watching since the daughtery season also. it was simon's last year. lee should not have won, but knew crystal was another adam lambert ... not appealing to middle america.

Well, I also like Crystal but it seems that Lee is the most commercial looking of them all.
